Who is the photographer behind paopao?
My journey with the camera actually started years ago. I worked as a professional photographer before transitioning into a full-time retoucher, where I spent a decade refining my eye for international clients. After relocating from Germany to Tallinn, I found myself drawn back to the lens. Today, I split my time between high-end postproduction and part-time photography, bringing the absolute best of both worlds to my clients.
My core focus is on elevated fine art portraiture and capturing the raw, visceral energy of live concert photography. I also document a select number of intimate weddings and elopements across Estonia and beyond.
A decade of full-time retouching means my workflow goes far beyond standard editing. Every portrait receives magazine-quality skin work and color grading.
Whether we are creating a meticulously styled, moody editorial portrait or navigating the chaotic pit of a heavy music showcase, my priority is to build an environment where the most authentic, striking moments can surface naturally.
